Principal and Responsibilities:
1. Gain and maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of the customer requirements of the marking and coding market.
2. Create and manage the Product Roadmap to fits with different markets.
3. Conduct ongoing voice of customer and voice of sales, catalog the results and identify unmet needs.
4. Identify and articulate market requirements of the consumer market.
5. Lead competitive product evaluations to support creation of value product roadmaps.
6. Conduct quantitative market research to assess market segmentation models, customer tradeoffs.
7. Develop value maps and derive pricing models.
8. Create new product ideas
9. Identify competitive edge, features, price setting.
10. Work with teams to finalize final product specification.
Qualifications and Experiences:
1) Education Qualification and Certification:
Degree in Marketing, Management or technical degree or a related field
(2) Work Experience:
Over 5 years of product planning experience in lifestyle products industry.
(3) Knowledge and Skills:
Must have solid experience in product planning
Result-oriented.
Passionate and devoted in product
Detailed-oriented and do not easily compromise due to pressure.
Strong leadership and organization skill.
Clear skill of understanding on where the problem is, who are the owners, what to do to fix and when could be fixed.
Strong communication skill.
(4) Competencies and Abilities:
Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
(5) Other Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to cope with fast changing environment
(6) Languages and Level:
Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English
