-职位描述：
1. 人力资源信息系统批量数据维护：从中国和东北亚厂区接受数据，检查数据，对数据做一定处理后上传到系统；
2. 用户指导 ：针对上述数据维护相关工作，为各厂区的HR提供指导或培训；
3. 报表准备：为南中国某些特殊厂区准备相关报表；
4. 协助HRIS团队完成Workday系统测试；
5. 对当前工作流程提出改善建议；
6. 团队中其他的非常规工作。

-职位要求
1. 大专或本科学历
2. 英语水平：可以适应英语界面的系统，能够用英语收发邮件；
3. MS Office：熟练使用Excel和Outlook；
4. 细心细致，有耐心，对数字敏感。
