职位描述：
Responsibility:
- Timely response and update to internal customer business teams to satisfy their needs and requirements, and ensure the service level are completed meet 5 Right (quality/ quantity/ cost/ delivery /channel).
- Report regularly for the Market intelligence with Professional analysis to Match Market Trend.
- Driving Role of the procure tactics to timely renew contract agreement with key suppliers and develop the long term relationship with critical suppliers.
- Category-Focused for the Total Cost Ownership (TCO) improvement, skillful control of the acquisition cost with lifetime cost. Draft Action plan for better inventory control and quality improvement, commercial terms negotiation, trouble shooting.
- Compliance Gore’s policy and Procurement Process/ Guidance to Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) by Proactive sourcing and regular monitor supplier’s performance and review supplier annual evaluation in order to incentive strong support from Approval Vendor List (AVL).
- Result Oriented by lead projects for continuous cost Improvement in a proper way to meet the Set targets by Leverage the Risk Management.
- Full Knowledge and Skill in the Cost Control, like Category Management, Value analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE), Contract Management as well as supply base and Industry knowledge.
- Effectively Teamwork with China indirect procurement Team and cross-functional Team for Procurement tactics initiate to effectively implement the policy and strategy locally.
- Support Role to Develop indirect material procurement team metrics
- Continue Improvement Role of the Procurement Process to ensure purchasing compliance, especially with related regulatory, legal requirements, finance rules and anti-bribery regulations.

Requirements:
- University Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent degree
- Minimum 8 years of indirect material purchasing experience in a multinational company
- Proven track record of strong communication , interpersonal and Negotiation skills
- Extensive knowledge in indirect material/ service supply management and CAPEX procurement
- Strong business focus and good commercial experiences, CIPS /CPSM knowledge preferred.
- Fast Learning attitude with experience in a cross-functional environment
- High degree of integrity, code of conduct and business ethics.
- Self-motivation and Proven problem solving skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
