1.Position Summary：
? Responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities for one product group within the plant to ensure continuous and efficient production at a desired level of quantity, quality and cost.
? Establishes schedules and ensures effective and efficient use of manpower, materials and equipment.
? Manages and trains a team of production staff.
? Ensure the operators are follow the work instruction and work in high efficiency.
2.Job Duties：
? Manages and trains a team of production staff.
? Lead employees to meet the organization’s expectations for productivity, quality and goal accomplishment.
? Manages the work flow to ensure it is running in high efficiency.
? Maintain employee work schedules including assignments; job rotation; training and over time scheduling in order to meet the production volume.
? Determines proper staffing and skill levels for the operation.
? Work with the quality team to solve the quality issue
? Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.
? Lead employees using the performance management and development process that provides and overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and KPI set up.
? Prepare the annual budget to meet the organization’s expectations for production.
? Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
3.Qualification：
? University degree in a Science or Engineering (Engineering preferred).
? At least 3 years experience in managing production functions in a foreign investment enterprise, with a preference for industries that exhibit
? Good knowledge of lean production.
? Experience in development of production based on quality and productivity requirements in addition to technical criteria
? Good interpersonal and communications skills
? Strong continues improvement skill
? Must be fluent with English in Oral and Written
