职位描述：
Senior Mechanical Engineer
A Mechanical Engineer offer from BQ Mechanical Department, make full responsibility for
Mechanical Product Development of Smartphones and other BQ devices.
Responsibilities:
1. ID, stacking and mechanical design, full drawing and review
2. Mechanical design component and requirements selection
3. Follow the mechanical development from T0 to MP, working very close to the suppliers for
fixing the issues on time.
4. Manufacturing processes monitoring in the supplier facilities. Yield rate and mechanical
quality definition and improvement.
5. Analysis and improvement for aftersales mechanical problems
6. Develop the mechanical team towards the mechanical department goals, managing
resources and priorities
Background Requirements
1. Industrial or Mechanical Engineering background BSc. or MSc.
2. 4+ years experience in consumer electronics projects (Experience with mobile or tablet
development is preferred)
3. Knowledge on consumer electronics and technology
4. 3D CAD, Pro Engineer software experience, including advanced drawing skills
5. Knowledge on materials, finishing and manufacturing processes and technologies
6. Previous human resources management
7. Advanced level of speaking and written English
8. Good at communicating, with brilliant writing and oral expression ability
9. Honest and integrity, responsibility, team-work player
