The Job
The Head of Quality is a pivotal role in our business, working strategically and analytically across functions to develop strategy, lead teams and create strong processes to ensure precise fit and construction of our products. Leadership of the Hunter Quality Team is key drive us forward through the creation of plans and which deliver the strategic objectives of the business. The role will be primarily footwear focused but will include apparel and accessories in the future.

The Person
The ideal person for this role will have 10+ years of progressive experience within a fast paced international business, in which at least 8 years in managerial role. The role is a hands-on leader who loves the combination of creating strategy and getting into the nitty-gritty with their team and colleagues. They will be an excellent leader of people who can establish and build great relationships across the business to ensure commercial and creative success. Key to success in this role will be the ability to set priorities, provide consistency, and make clear and well-reasoned decisions which help drive the achievement of the business’s strategic objectives.
