Location：上海、江浙。（此职位可在家办公，需要到工厂出差）
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Maintain and monitor all Travel & Access and Toys & Behavior contract manufacturing commercial relationships and supplier performance to best support category requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Maintain continuous and healthy relationship with suppliers.
? Collect supplier capacity/availability/inventory information to support supply analysis.
? Assist in interpreting and communicating engineering, quality and other category requirements to suppliers to help them understand and support category critical few.
? Collect sourcing data and participate sourcing data analysis.
? Coordinate with suppliers and internal team to execute product development plan and meet product requirements.
? Proactively follow up and track with suppliers to ensure stable supply and on time delivery.
? Assist in investigating and resolving production, delivery and quality issues.
? Frequent China domestic travel required to support supplier management when needed.
? Follow up Categories and Engineering on scrap requests with suppliers.
? Monitor supplier performance, identify and report potential issues to supervisor in a timely manner to help mitigate supply risk.
? Support Supplier Performance Report analysis and help suppliers to improve efficiency.
? Work effectively in a collaborative team environment and build strong working relationships with internal team.
SPECIFICATIONS:
? Three or more years of experience on sourcing and monitoring manufacturers involving wood, fabric, plastic, metal part, electronics operations.
? General business knowledge/experience with sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
? Good oral and written communication skills.
? Good problem-solving skills.
? Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
