职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据市场需求，进行定单评审，编制、规划、整合资源及需求；
2、依据订单需求，组织编排物料请购计划和主生产计划排配；
3、组织实施生产计划，并确保生产计划能够实施和完成；
4、带领PMC团队，全面控制原物料到料状况及库存，提升库存周转，降低原物料/半成品/成品库存；
5、统筹协调项目/生产/采购/仓库/销售等部门，解决生产出货异常，依据订单要求完成生产入库；
6、完成公司及本部门的工作指标。

任职资格：
1、25-35岁，大专以上学历；
2、具备3年以上电子厂PMC工作经验，其中至少有2年PMC主管管理职位经验，具有手机和儿童手表行业经验；
3、具备制造行业PMC管理经验，熟悉整个工厂动作流程；
4、熟悉掌握采购、物料和生产控制，熟悉MRP运算逻辑。

     Our HQ is located at Tianan digital complex in Futian, a IT industrial complex in Shenzhen, China. There are more than 40 engineer engaged in the design and integration of whole device.
    Our factory is located in Shenzhen. There are more than 600 employees and over 30 senior executives. We have own industrial park ,cover an area of 10,000 square meters factory, and 5500 square meters dormitory, which carry 15 assembly lines in dust-free workshop, and 8 package lines. with full sets reliability equipment and RF instrument.
