Logistics Executive – Shenzhen
Job Description
1) To improve the Logistics Transition Time and Import and Export Shipment Clearance
2) Drive and manage the performance of 3PL
3) Inventory management for all store rooms and tracking of Materials Movement between the depots in China
4) Improve Inventories Accuracy and timely transactions
5) Conduct Monthly/Quarterly Cycle Counts at all CHINA store rooms and reconcile variances
6) Coordinate with FSE to ensure parts movement tally with ERP System
7) Maximizing storage space utilization and materials process with FIFO
8) Maintain good housekeeping of store room and minimize inventory spoilage

Preferred Standard
1) Degree in logistics and warehouse management or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience
2) Good Knowledge of Customs Requirement, Import & Export Regulation and Documentation of Industrial equipment
3) Relevant experience of performing warehouse function and logistics activities
4) Working experience of managing 3PL
5) Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate in English
6) Able to work independently in a challenging environment and can work under pressure to meet deadlines
7) Experience and good knowledge in handling ERP system
8) Systematic & Analytical thinker, Process orientated and good problem solving skill

Minimum Standard

物流专员 - 深圳
职位描述
1）提高物流转运时间和进出口货物清关
2）提高并管理第三方物流
3）盘点管理所有仓库，跟踪中国区各仓库之间的物流情况
4）提高库存盘点的准确性和交易的及时性
5）在中国区所有仓库进行每月/每季度的周期盘点，并核对差异
6）与FSE协调，确保零部件的物流与ERP系统相协调
7）使用FIFO最大限度地利用仓库空间利用率和材料处理
8）保持仓库整洁有序，最大限度减少库存损坏

优先标准
1）物流和仓储管理专业或同等学历，至少5年相关经验
2）具备海关要求，工业设备进出口条例和单据等方面丰富的知识
3）具备履行仓储功能和物流活动的相关经验
4）管理第三方物流的工作经验
5）较强的人际沟通能力，能够用英语沟通
6）能够在充满挑战的环境中独立工作，并能在压力下按时完成工作任务
7）具备在处理ERP系统方面的经验和知识
8）善于系统分析，注重过程，具备较强的解决问题能力
