What You Will Do
- Coordinate and handle daily supporting activities in supply chain team
- Follow up on the ongoing routine documents / trackers among the internal / external meetings
- Support for monitoring supply issues / gating items with vendors / distributors and make sure the timelines are met
- Communication and coordinate with Disty, Manufacturers and CM
- Assist in documentation on supply chain projects / events

Skills We’re Stoked About
- College degree or above
- Data/Analytical skills,particularly Excel skill including Pivot, Vlookup, Round up and so on
- 1-2 years' working experiences, fresh graduate is acceptable
- Exposure to planning roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written
- Good spoken English is preferred but not compulsive
- Detail oriented
