Duties:
- Administrative Support to Design Team
- Communication with Sales Directors from US, Project Development and Account Management Teams
- Project Status tracking and follow-up
- Artwork management and central filing
Requirement:
- University graduate
- 3-5 years of working experience in related field, or with trading/buying company
- Hands on PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
- Good communication skills, independent and proactive in multi-national environment
- Eager to learn
- Able to work under pressure and within timeline
