职位描述：
英语客服\亚马逊客服\ebay客服\速卖通客服

岗位职责：
1.通过email的形式处理客户售前，售中，售后等相关的问题；
2.提供良好的客户服务，快速，准确，高效解决客户的咨询和反馈；
3.妥善处理客户的投诉和纠纷，提高账户的好评率；
4.协助配合其他同事工作中出现的问题，提高团队效率；


任职条件：
1.英语相关专业，大专以上学历，英语六级以上；（应届毕业生也可考虑）
2.英语听说读写能力良好，有外贸电子商务或外贸行业工作经验优先；
3.具有良好的逻辑思维能力，责任心强，工作细心严谨，有团队合作精神；
4.了解ebay/amazon/速卖通等外贸电子商务平台，有一定的工作适应能力。
