职位描述：
Report to: Vice President Supply Chain
Subordinates: Merchandiser, Project Engineer, QC Inspector

Position Scope/Objectives:
Lead a team to develop new items, manage all orders and secure supplier development. Be responsible for sampling, price development, test approval, quality improvement and on time shipment assurance. Manage supplier’s relationship and dig out the possible business opportunity with all suppliers.

Responsibilities:
1.Monitor and develop supplier’s performance on pricing, capacity, on-time delivery and quality in order to make appropriate sourcing decisions.
2.Communicate with internal divisions and suppliers to set up improvement plans.
3.Execute item placements based on customer requirement, supplier capability, capacity, quality, delivery performance and price.
4.Manage product development of sampling, pricing, cost reduction plans and all daily business practices.
5.Identify potential product and production issues to minimize risk of on time delivery and quality problems, follow bulk production status, control the tight production lead time, and settle the problem that occurred in production/quality inspection.
6.Track and review improvement progress and provide periodic update to top management.
7.Ensure good working performance by improving own technical expertise on company products.
8.Source new suppliers on pricing, term negotiation and products resorting to meet sourcing needs.
9.Provide directions and guidance to the team members on department priorities and key deliverables.
10.Secure supplier audit and social compliance levels meet KK and KK customers need.
11.Maintain and continuously monitor main materials cost to better manage price and quality.
12.Establish close working relationship with other team members to optimize company resources to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:
1.College graduated or above.
2.Supply Chain, Operation, International Trading, English, Business Administration or related disciplines.
3.At least 5 year's furniture or toys sourcing working experience.
4.Familiar with solid and flat line furniture technology /workmanship /wood species /equipment.

Communication Level and Computer Literacy:
1.Good command of spoken and written English.
2.Good knowledge in MS Office and related software.
