Within the Performance Solution Division, the Electrical Cables & Components Business Group is as a leading supplier of signal transmission products engineered to be used in demanding environments. The products of Electrical Cables & Components are used in a variety of industries including aerospace, industrial electronics, mobile communications, and semiconductor manufacturing.

We are looking for a dynamic quality professional to join our team in Shenzhen, China. If you are searching for a company where you can make a difference, we’re looking for you. In this role, you will be the owner responsible for all quality related activities to promote the growth of the Electrical Cables & Components business through continuous improvement efforts. You shall define, implement, train, and monitor processes and procedures to ensure the company is meeting all regulatory requirements and the internal Quality Management System. You must possess experience and knowledge of quality concepts, practices, and ISO 9001 standard applied in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
? Establish, maintain, and improve all facets of the Quality Management System.
? Translate quality standard requirements into productive procedures, practices to ensure compliance to applicable regulatory requirements and standards.
? Train others on quality system requirements and good documentation practices.
? Support to develop, monitor and report key process indicators (KPI’s) to ensure it is meeting quality objects and strategic planning goals.
? Maintain and deploy the material and product cosmetic criteria internally.
? Participate manufacturing process development and validation, lead to create quality control plan.
? Own incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection planning, and instruct QC to conduct the inspections, recording and reporting.
? Support supplier management and communicate with supplier directly to drive the solution of nonconformance.
? Facilitate root-cause analysis and corrective action identification for customer concern and in-house quality through the use of quality problem solving tools (e.g., 5 Whys, 8D and Ishikawa Diagram).
? Lead or participate customer, internal and external audits.
? Train, coach and mentor QC associates.
? Build a strong collaborative working relationship with a broad range of associates (ex. Manufacturing, Technical, Product Specialists, Application Engineering, Planning etc.)

Qualifications:
? B.S or above of Cable, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Materials engineering or other technical principle.
? 3+ years’ quality work experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of or experience with quality system implementation and maintenance
? Systematic thinking and mindset.
? Experience in working with global teams in a Multinational Corporation (MNC).
? Demonstrated self-motivation & hands-on to get things done.
? Knowledge of statistics and related methodology.
? Experience in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement.
? Good communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
? Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Desirable:
? Experience with projects and working with virtue team.
? Experience implementing a QMS process approach.
? Certified as an internal auditor.
? Experience with product and process validation.
