职位概述
This individual, in conjunction with other Graphic Designers, Graphic Design Manager & Art Director will develop creative concepts and design layouts for Brand Site updates and Brand Site developments, Wechat weekly pushes while improving the creativity and visual options for each arena.
负责与艺术总监、平面设计经理和平面设计师一起不断的延伸创意概念和品牌网站的更新。协助每周的官方微信的推送以提升品牌形象。

岗位职责
Inspire creativity into proposals and presentations
将创意变为实行的方案
Support Team members and projects with design support
协助团队成员和项目给与设计支持
Work with marketing plan to create weekly releases for WeChat
根据市场推广方案对每周的微信推送进行支持
Produce and create digital web and print solutions, email templates, reports, signage, banners, proposals etc.
创意和制作数字网页、纸质平面、邮件模板、报告、标牌、广告和提案等
Translate requirements into wireframes and mockups
将创意需求用专业形式表达出来
Provide user-centered design expertise from concept to delivery
以用户为中心的思想提供专业的设计
Collaborate with various team members to synchronize events/proposals etc.
跨多个部门合作同步完成提案
Ensure graphic solutions are optimized for integration, performance, usability and sustainability
确保平面设计方案在组成、效果、实用性和可持续性等方面都能***化
Support animations and animated gifs in WeChat content
协助微信内容的动画或GIF等的制作

任职条件
Degree in Graphic Design or Art Direction
大学本科以上学历，平面设计或艺术设计专业
Minimum of 3+ years experience in a design agency/fashion house
时尚行业3年以上设计工作经验
Creative concepting ability
优秀的创意能力
Must have fashion and luxury brand knowledge
必须对时尚有敏锐感或熟悉奢侈品品牌
An understanding of the principles of post production/printing process
对于提案的需求和原则有很好的理解能力
