职位描述：
1. Deal with daily order and tailor made service, ensure order can be delivered on time and correctly.
2. SAP-EAL testing, record incident, prepare and update work manual
3. Document filing.
4. Update daily order report.
5. Tailor made service
6. Finalize the other work assigned by leader.
7. Monitor 3PL to prepare order on time；
8. Track each order, ensure orders have been delivered on time and correctly.
9. Provide prompt feedback to customer for delivery issue.
10. SAP-EAL testing, record incident, prepare and update work manual
11. Document filing.
12. Coordinator tailor made demand from customer, and operation in warehouse. Meanwhile regularly purchase the material.
13. Finalize the other work assigned by leader.
Requirement:
1. At least 2 years’ experience for customer service, Prefer to 3PL’s experience.
2. Strongly sense of responsibility, willing to learn, can work under pressure.
3. Good team player
4. Good skill at excel SAP experience is a plus
5. Can read and write English.
6. Good communicator
