Roles & Responsibilities:
● Manage and Execute business unit (BE, MT) purchasing tasks supporting the total cost management of purchased parts and ensure efficient purchasing management of new and / or critical components including supplier selection and benchmark exercises.
● Responsible including identification, -selection and – development of supplier with global and local footprint
● Day to day Operation: Manage purchase orders, change notice, etc.. and expedites of delivery of materials
● Drives root cause of performance failures and puts sustained, corrective action in place to avoid future misses, creates opportunities for continuous improvement.
● Responsible for minimizing purchase price variance.
● Works with Supply Chain team to develop systems to ensure on time delivery to our plant and supplier stocking levels support and exceed company sales and inventory goals.
● Managing cross functional Teams, solving strategic projects
● Collaboration with Sales, R&D, Production, especially regarding Design to Cost



Skills
● Strong negotiator and driver of topics and processes
● Analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset
● Able to communicate, report at all levels internally and externally
● Strong knowledge in Computer use
● Fluent English is mandatory (oral & written)
● MS-Office
Requirement
● Over 5 years of relevant experience in the field of industrial E/E Purchasing
● Purchasing for Automotive Electronics/ EMS /OEM customers preferred
● Previous experience in Project Management
● ERP work experience (SAP/ABAS)
● Able to undertake Domestic and International travel with overnight stays away from home, sometimes at short notice
Education
● Bachelor or above Degree in electronics, industrial engineering or equivalent professional qualification
