Misson
Describe the principal mission of the position
- Checking that Quality procedures are complied with and ensuring that Quality is taken into account in the project in terms of both product and process.
- To be the customer’s representative for Quality issues and is in charge of ensuring total customer satisfaction.
Highlight the main responsibilities
CAAV
Identify the Quality requirements (in the RFQ, IATF, general purchase agreement) and Include them in the structured compliance matrix
Analyze customer warranty requirement
Provide Quality deliverables requested in the offer (during the RFQ till CAAV ) and List the quality deliverables requested by the customer ( PRKF to PSW )
Check the list of applicable regulation and safety standards
Define the Quality objectives (TLR, Km0, Warranty)
Define and monitor Quality cost and investments
Project Kick off
Define and monitor action plans to achieve the quality objectives (QIP)
Support and challenge lessons learned implementation
Lessons Learn preparation
Requirement freeze and SOCO
Review and challenge SPPC / D-FMEA
Challenge QRQC efficiency
Support PDCA/FTA until closure of issue
Prepare for TSC – keep Q-roadmap updated and present quality result
Design freeze
Review P-FMEA.
Prepare recommendation for use and assembly
Tooling go / Off tooling
SRM follow up.
P-FMEA Genba audit
lessons learned implementation Genba audit
Off tooling off process
Prepare for FDPR
SPPC Genba audit
Control plan Genba audit
Launch Ramp up checklist with APU
Is Validation
Prepare all deliverables for customer PPAP approval
Tracking PPAP approval process to ensure get approval from customer on time
Prepare AAR sample and get customer approval
Participate FDPR and process audit
Tracking findings from FDPR to close on time
Finalize RPA protocol with product line
SOP Readiness
Challenge PDCA/FTA for customer issue and critical internal issue
Launch RPA for production parts
SOP and Project close
Deliver all related documents to APU
Customer contacts
Customer performance tracking method
Customer incidents management
Customer special requirements…
Close all open points in project phase
