Position Objective:
Position Objective:
- Implement quality control procedures to each quality standard and coordinate action plan with central quality manager;
- Following up ans onsite tracking of WIP report & provide PCC report in order to work with PPP team to ensure delivery on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site PP meeting and Production planning follow up;
- Conduct inline and final inspection as well as SMS order;
- Prepare and submit various inspection reports as per Amer Sports requirement timely;
- Ensuring the manufacturing of all garments from cutting to packing for delivery to Brand specification;
- Keeping a very close detailed examination of the Machinist's quality and work to ensure any problem in the standard of manufacturing are resolved at the early stage;
- Report to manager regarding any QC issue and resolving them together.
Qualifications and Skills;
- Education Level
1) College degree and major on garment / textile is preferred;
2) English level on CET Band 6 is an advantage
- Work Experiences
1) At least 3-5 years QC experiences in industrial of garment, especially for outdoor apparel;
2) Experience of following up production planning;
- Skills
1) Good PC skills, especially excel and outlook;
2) Good knowledge in fabric,garment sewing,taping,gluing and washing;
3) Understood printing and embroidery as must;
4) Fluent in spoken and written English.
Other special remarks:
- Travel required, and willing to travel various factory location in Southeast country and China;
- Open-minded with good interpersonal and communications skills;
- Customer service oriented minded, responsible, honesty and independent at work;
