职位描述：
Purpose of Role
To drive the business performance with in the ecommerce channel

Top 3-5 Accountabilities
1. Digital and data Intelligence
? Lead digital strategy and development, including digital and data strategy planning, budget management, operation management
? Closely monitor the digital channels including search, social, media & E-commerce, from traffic , engagement to sales outcome,
? Centralised the data source and cross check the data from different digital channels, regular review the data to generate the insight including consumer behavior, campaign performance and sales performance
? Generate the CRM plan to improve the repeat purchase and design the loyalty program to maintain the existing whisky drinkers
? Keep optimising the execution plan, media mix and content strategy to improve the final outcome
2. Digital Innovation & Capability Building
? Deep understand the china digital landscape and keep updating the fast moving trend, including search, social, digital media & E-commerce
? Management of optimization, and innovation through test and learn initiatives, and implementation of best practices.
? Lead development of new local digital technologies, both internal and working with outside partners.
? Regular share the industry trend, digital innovation & best practice with internal staff

Qualifications and Experience Required
? Strong analytical skills with clear logical thinking and critical thinking
? Keep close to the market and industry development
? 5+ years experience in Marketing research, data analysis, report generation, working experience in a firm is a plus
? Good level of industry understanding as well as know products, competitors, customers and trade dynamics
? Good understanding of outlet segmentation and classification, customer insights
? Attention to details
