It's a short-term position, duration is 3-6 months.
It's a contractor position assigned by third-party company.
Focus on salary analysis, import, calculate.

Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day HR operations/transactional services and ensure the service is delivered with high quality and efficiency, including employment cycle (on boarding process, new hire orientation, transfer, exit procedures)
2. Deliver benefits to employees, including commercial insurance, medical checkup, gear store etc.
3. Act as contact person for employees on a wide range of questions related to HR policies, procedures and benefits.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR information database and respond to relevant informational requests
5. Organize site events, such as outing, family day and annual party etc.
6. Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource
2. Experience in HR Operations is a plus
3. Good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
4. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
