Job Responsibility:
-- Order communication and confirmation: Review order 'POST' for completeness and accuracy, order validation through Rockweb system, issue master contract to suppliers by daily basic, communicate with vendors and related department to ensure on time delivery, provide second to none option to customer to meet business needs.
-- Vendor performance management: Provide full sets of trainings to new vendors via multi channels - email, phone and meeting, etc; Improve existing vendor's performance level; Ensure on time booking and tendering; Monitor and improve supplier delivery performance; Analyze capacity & foresee risk pro-actively; Profile factory information and performance record.
-- Keep driving supply chain excellence: Communicate with 3rd party logistics and provide best logistic solution; Shorten supply chain Lead time; Continuously reducing supply chain cost; Monitor 3rd party performance constantly.
-- Support company Own Brand Strategies: Work cross functionally to help launch new products; Partner and collaborate with Business Teams and across the SBG Supply Chain team on key projects execution, Aggressively support replacing National Brands with Own Brand, Collaborate and offer Supply Chain solutions to achieve launch deadlines, Enhance to provide expertise on supply chain flows and collaboration with Suppliers, SBC, SBG, GSBU’s needs.
-- Establish strong relationships with business partners (internal Business team, Quality Team, oversea’ s business partners; Logistic partners; Bank; Vendors, other parties) in order to provide exceptional customer service.
-- Other team internal projects.
Job Requirement:
-- A minimum 5 years working experiences in international trade business, supply chain industry.
-- Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese. Knowledge of commonly used concepts in international business, transportation/logistics principles, purchasing practices and procedures.
-- Must be a detail-orientated, logical, highly organized individual that is able to manage the analysis requirement, and keep accurate documentation at all times.
-- Self-motivated, excellent team player, and able to handle multi-task in a fast paced environment independently.
-- Must be have foreign trade company’s operating system experience, must be PC literate and capable of working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT,) and Outlook; must have excellent organizational skills and be fully capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects on a continuing basis.
-- Proven communication skill, problem-solving history.
