职位描述：
岗位职责
1.统筹所负责德国公司账号的安全稳定，确保账号稳定发展和销售业绩稳定增长；
2..按产品品类划分，负责eBay市场调查分析和销售，产品上架，优化Listing，提高产品转化率，提升销售业绩；
3.督促和跟进销售助理和客服助理处理售前、售中、售后的邮件，处理中差评和Case，确保账号安全稳定和可持续发展；
4.熟练使用所学外语对对产品资料进行编辑和优化，掌握PS图片处理技巧；
5.定期统计基础销售数据、库存数据、RMA等，同时还要进行环比同比数据分析，及时调整销售策略和提升销售技巧，保持良好库存周转和提高资金利用率库；
6.完成公司规定的销售目标，同时制定个人成长目标，想法设法快速成长，勇于担当；
7.承担起团队目标分解、达成，团队规划管理，团队职业技能培训的职责。
任职资格
1.1年以上eBay销售团队管理经验；
2.大专以上学历，国际贸易，电子商务，外贸，翻译，市场营销，外语专业优先；
3.小语种四级或以上水平，英语CET-6以上，有良好的商务沟通及文案能力，熟悉商务信函写作，口语及听力能力强,有留学经历者优先；
4.熟练操作Excel，熟练操作Photoshop等软件者优先；
5.工作积极主动，有责任心，勇于担当，愿意付出；
6.工作富有激情，有上进心，学习能力强，结果导向；7.有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，具备良好的抗压能力，富有开拓创新精神。
