TASKS:
? Leverage various internal resources to drive new design-in projects with OEM customer
? Explore long term business potentials through establised connections within organization of OEM customer, and expand sales
? Work with various internal resource to develop customized products for specific customer needs.
? Provide updated sales forecast by constant coordinations with OEM, ODM, EMS and/or CMs
? Develop goals and objectives in accordance with company goals and objectives.
? Manage and evaluate performance of assigned Sales personnel and/or channel partners, when necessary.
? Maintain accurate and up to date records and files on all accounts including sales, data, quote records and customer contacts.
? Communicate with all internal departments (engineering, operation, customer service, legal and finance) to fulfilling customer requirements and resolve business issues.
? Facilitate communications between customers and production on status of orders and deliveries.
? Travel as needed for communication and interaction with customers regarding to design-in discussion, status of orders, new orders and problem solving.
? Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Proven sales performance records in large accounts in telcom industry
? Insight of customer’s procurement process and vendor/product qualification process
? Extensive experience with OEM business model
? Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
? Good command of English is a must.
? Ability to travel frequently.
? Knowledge of Windows applications.
? Valid passport.
? Minimum 5 years sales experience, telecommunications field and/or electronics background preferred.
? 3+ years of leading telcom manufacture (i.e. Huawei) partnership management is a plus
? Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
