Sustainability Engineer – NCAB China
Job Profile
NCAB Group is one of the leading PCB suppliers in Europe. The company was founded in 1993 and has companies in 14 countries in Europe & USA and China with a turnover of 134(M) EUR in 2016. Our products are mainly manufactured in China where we have an organisation for strategic purchase and Factory Management focusing on quality control and continuous development of our factories.
We are now reorganising our organisation in Shenzhen and are looking for one New Sustainability Engineer.

Job description:

As a Sustainability Engineer, you are responsible for:

? Code of Conduct implementation and compliance in Factory Management and factories
? Audit and evaluate factories social, environmental compliance.
? Conduct Sustainability audits in factories and create detailed audit reports
? Follow-up on Corrective actions plans and consult factories during process
? Communication and training on sustainability (customers visiting China, internal NCAB China)
? Carry out sustainability related task example for ROHS and REACH compliance, Conflict mineral reporting according to guidelines

Qualifications:
？ Have basic knowledge for sustainability relative standard ISO26000, SA8000, OHSAS18001 etc.
？ Experiences over 1 year in PCB industry, and 2 years in CSR or EHS system management.
？ Experience CSR or EHS auditor/CSR officer/Social compliance Assistant
？ Solid knowledge in local labor law; wages&insurance; benefits; health&safety; chemical management laws; labor contracts; environmental protection law etc.
？ Have college degree or above.
？ Profound knowledge in English (written and spoken).
？ Profound computer skills in MS office(Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)
？ Good teamwork and communication & coordination skill.
？ Methodic, diligent and can stand with the high pressure.
？ Flexibility to travel in China or Asia;
