职责概述:负责中国、日本客户办公空间规划,提供规划方案。与客户方的相关部门,如固定资产部、财务部等沟通、合作。

Overview
The Space manager will have overall responsibility for the running and upkeep of a space database and associated records. They will support and interface with client Real Estate Facilty Management (REFM) and Finance functions, internal workplace strategy, projects, space planning and move teams by maintaining an accurate dataset and by providing a variety of analysis reports to all parties.

Responsibilities:
* Work with the site team, REFM, Cost Centre Managers, Support Functions (HR, Finance) and other client‘s suppliers to collect and maintain Space Management data.
* Managing existing space, categorisation, status and occupancy data through the space database.
* Support the implementation of new buildings in the space database.
* Ensure database accuracy and integrity.
* Follow guidelines and standards to ensure data consistency.
* Provide monthly reporting in-line with our contracted requirements incorporating space allocation to enable the full and accurate charge back of space to client cost centres.
* Supporting data warehouse reporting feeds as directed by the reporting managers.
* Support the introduction of new reports to the system and investigation of new features or modules to increase efficiencies and provide innovation.
* Gauging of potential opportunities within the space portfolio.
* Working with all parties to evolve the overall solution.

Skill Attributes:
* At least 5 years experience in space management.
* Sound knowledge of space management and planning activities and functions from strategy to implementation.
* Good knowledge of workplace and change processes
* Sound communication and management skills and technique.
* Good analytics and understanding of advanced reporting techniques such as SQL database scripting or visual report writing such as those used in Microsoft Access and Excel or Crystal reports .
* Experience of the space database or other space management systems is a real benefit but not essential as training will be provided.
* Experience of data management is again a real benefit but not essential as training will be provided.
* Have a very high attention to detail.
* Basic AutoCAD understanding and principles.
