职位描述：
Operations Director
1. Responsible for end to end logistics strategy planning and management. Responsible for design and delivery of cross border logistics programs.
2. Drive for supply chain excellence, targeting optimization or enhancement in operations. Engage the stakeholders to roll out best practices within the region.
3. E2E supply chain solution design capability, such as 3rd party management, warehouse management, etc.
4. In charge of ad hoc / project basis logistics function to ensure the smooth operation.
5. leading / managing operations to cope with new service or improve processes to address business needs.
6. Cross border logistics business understanding and vision of overseas logistics industry.
7. Prepare procedure manual write up and/or system change as per change in operations requirements, by liaison with user department and IT department. Assist in project management to ensure the deliverables.
8. After sales operations follow up and problem solving, such as customer complaint, quality analysis and improvement, operations process improvement.
9. More than 5 years’ related experience. Previous logistics management, operations management, process improvement experience preferred.

11. Excellent English written and oral communication skill
