职位描述：
任职要求：
1、五年以上直销类、渠道类销售经验；具体团队管理经验；
2、对润滑油及相关行业情部熟悉，具备较好的营销技巧，
3、有责任心，能吃苦，有团队精神；热情开朗，勤奋上进，积极乐观，具有良好的人际沟通能力；
 
岗位职责：
1、参与制订公司营销战略。根据营销战略制订公司营销组合策略和营销计划，经批准后组织实施。
2、定期对市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析，及时调整营销策略和计划，制订预防和纠正措施，确保完成营销目标和营销计划。
3、负责指定区域或行业内的直销工业客户的开发，建立长期稳定的业务关系；
4、为客户提供技术应用服务及相应支持；
5、了解当地工业市场及客户需求，并及时提供相应的产品及服务；
6、建立及管理本地区的润滑油分销网络，达成销售目标；
7、树立及维护公司品牌及形象，贯彻企业文化。
