1、三年以上C#.NET三?层架构开发经验，熟悉VS 开发工具，对.NET框架有深刻的理解；
2、拥有一个以上独立或组织完成系统开发的经验；
3、熟练掌握SQL Server的应用，熟悉软件工程原理；
4、良好的算法编写能力；良好的编程规范、开发技能及撰写技术文档能力，有良好的团队合作精神。
5、熟悉ASP.NET。
