主要职责/Major Responsibilities :
1、 收集信息,建立当地联系方式,探测和确定符合新经销商的潜在申请人 Collect information, set up local contacts, prospect and identify potential applicants for new Dealerships
2、跟进投资人的筛选过程,评估所有项 Following the Investor selection process, evaluate all items
3、跟进建店过程以保证符合DS标准与建设过程 Do the follow-up of construction to ensure consistency with DS Standards and construction process
4、协调DS其他部门完成相关任务以保证新店开业准备 Coordinate the tasks to be done by other DS departments for the preparation of a new DS Store
5、根据每个项目批准的商务计划,保证设计、建设计划是最优化的,且是严格受控的 According to the approved business plan for each projects make sure design and construction planning is optimized and kept under strict control
6、跟进建设以保证DS品牌标准一致,并按时开业 Follow-up construction to ensure DS Brand standard consistency and on-time opening
7、管理投资人关系,包括从预选投资人到再次投资人
Manage investor relationship from prospection to re-investment
8、管理经销商在规定范围内(合同、行动计划、与其他部门的内部协调)的升级流程与终止过程,如有相关决定的话
Manage Dealer Escalation Process on his designated area (contact, Action Plan, internal coordination with other Departments) and Termination Process if such decision is made
9、开发并交付网络业绩报告和相关分析
Develop and deliver Network performance reporting and relevant analysis

任职条件/Qualifications:
1、英语流利 Fluent in English
2、扎实的谈判与管理技能
Proved Negotiation and Management skills
3、相关商业环境内至少5年以上工作经验,汽车行业的经销商总经理、销售、网络发展等为佳Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant commercial environment ideally: dealer GM, sales Manager, network development in car industry/
