职位描述：
1. Be responsible for the operation of studio, including setting up, implementing and improvement of studio SOP, managing studio team, training new staff and so on.
      负责设计室的运作，包括设计室SOP的设立、实施和改进，团队管理、新员工培训。
2. Distribute and assign artwork task to designer according to Planning.
      根据生产计划向设计师分配设计稿。
3. Be responsible of checking finished artwork.
      负责设计稿完成后的检查。
4. Guide artist to revise artwork according to instruction from client.
      指导设计师根据客户要求修改艺术稿。
5. Follow up the update artwork status in SAMS.
      在系统中更新设计稿的状态。
6. To place order for Foil blocking.
      设计烫板。
7. Upgrade Studio SOP.
      升级设计室SOP。
8. Standardize artwork templates for different customer.
      为不同的客户规范设计稿模板。
9. Work together with engineering for Mock-up artwork.
      与工程部合作制作样板。
10. Share new technology with team member.
      与团队成员分享新技术
11. Miscellaneous design for other department.
      其它部门的其它设计任务。
12. Solve the difficult issues with the artwork.
      解决设计稿中出现的问题。
