Responsibilities:
? Administrative Support to Design Team
? Communication with Sales Directors from US, Project Development and Account Management Teams
? Project Status tracking and follow-up
? Artwork management and central filing
Qualification:
? University graduate
? 3-5 years of working experience in related field, or with trading/buying company
? Hands on PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
? Good communication skills, independent and proactive in multi-national environment
? Eager to learn
? Able to work under pressure and within timeline
