Reporting to Global HR manager, you will be located in Shanghai to support full spectrum of HR administration in each function; You will be in charge of the HR routines and provide excellent HR service to staff members; You will work closely with all departments globally to make better coordination related to the HR matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage HR services (including but not limited to recruitment, benefits administration and training & Etc.) to ensure that HR Operations are running smoothly.
? Conduct daily recruiting operations, including but not limited to recruiting needs clarification with Hiring Manager, selecting recruiting channels and posting ad., screening CV, arranging and conducting the 1st round interview and making recommendation, coordinating and arranging 2nd and 3rd round and further interview;
? Proceed with enrolment process for new hire, includes new hire employment, mandatory insurance and other related matters, as well as the termination for leaving or a window coordinating with HR vendor;
? HR Administration, including but not limited to collect & update employee data, employment status changes, and maintain all HR information, p-file & Etc.
? In charge of payroll process, prepare and release monthly payroll accurately and timely, and communicate with employees regarding payroll relevant questions or issue;
? Be responsible for Expatriates managements, e.g. working permits, visa application, invitation & dispatch letter, etc.
? Manage attendance system for employee leave application & make related leave reports
? Assist in coordinating training programs and training logistics.
? Assist HRM to implement related HR projects and give advice and support when needed;
? Assist with internal and external survey / audit as and when required;
? Assist the customization and implementation of HR policies and programs
? Implement and support initiatives that will enhance motivation, team-building and general welfare across employees.
? Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
? Deal with employee grievance and disciplinary issues, and report to management as necessary.
? Handle some outdoors business related to HR issues;
? Any other tasks and duties required by HR Manager

QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):
? College and/or University graduated or above
? At least 3-5 years’ experience in similar capacity
? Experience in working for a trading company environment

COMMUNICATION LEVEL:

? Fluent English (oral, reading & written)

COMPUTER LITERACY:
? Expert in Excel
? Good at PPT

COMPETENCIES:
? Proactive & Willing to learn
? Detailed oriented, service-minded and a good team player
? Good interpersonal and communication skills;

Polyconcept Group entered the Chinese market as early as 1994, and has opened offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen,Hongkong with a total of more than 200 employees. With the continuous expansion of business, how to attract and motivate excellent management and chnical personnel is a challenge to Polyconcept. Take the most common working hours of employees for example. Most companies now work “9:00am to 5:00pm”. However,the "one-fits-all" working hours are not suitable for all employees. Furthermore, taking into account daily traffic during rush hours, the traditional “9:00am to 5:00pm” working hours cannot meet the actual needs of enterprises and employees. In November 2018, as initiated    by Polyconcept management, the company began to adopt flexible working hour system. Employees can enjoy flexibility to arrange their office hours, no longer subject to the "9:00am to 5:00pm" restrictions. This "flexible working system" is still very rare in the current market.

Why flexible working system? Mr. Nicolas Villemonteix, Polyconcept China’s Chief Executive Officer,    said: “Flexible work system offers employees greater freedom to choose how they work, giving them more flexibility to do their work and take care of their personal lives. Through the flexible work system, not only to achieve a change in the way of    work, but also to    promote the company's new culture    (i.e. performance-driven), thereby stimulating more productivity and creativity. Modern IT technology is sufficient to support this new approach, what we lack is the corresponding company culture”.

Today, more and more enterprises put stimulating the creativity of employees in the first place in talent management. In February 2019, PricewaterhouseCoopers announced the launch of "WeFlex" (flexible work) in Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China, allowing employees greater flexibility in working hours. In other countries, Barclays Bank, Telstra and other companies are also the first to implement flexible work. But in reality, many enterprises still have doubts about whether flexible work system can achieve the desired results, such as how to organize team work, how to assess employees, deal with staff absence, etc. At the beginning of the implementation, Polyconcept also    anticipated the possible challenges and prepared corresponding solutions, including soliciting employees' opinions, adopting supporting IT facilities for time management,etc.Flexible working system not only gives employees some flexibility, but also ensures that they work in the office for a relatively fixed period of time in order to ensure teamwork and communication.The employees' working hours are counted weekly to make sure there is no absences. At the same time, employees will not work more hours per day or per week than the corresponding limit of labor law.
