Reporting to the CCC Collection Support Officer is responsible for overseeing the overall quality assurance, process management & compliance in relation to HK RB Collection. This position is participate in collection processing activities include but not limited to voucher preparation for payment, voucher filling, bankruptcy case handling, agency case handling, debt restructure case handling, account reconciliation and daily route operation / administrative tasks and etc.

Roles and responsibilities
Work with Senior Manager in Hong Kong to design and execute workflow re-engineering processes Provide operation support on various activities related to Collection activities for HK Business To ensure / improve operations effectiveness and KPIs; Prepare reports and periodic analysis for regular management review Assist in ad-hoc assignments and other administrative works Provided clerical support to the team and supervisors

Qualifications and skills
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines and time pressure Pleasant character with logical thinking Knowledge in Collection Cycle and Bank's operational process & systems Financially numerate with excellent Excel and PC skills Solid working experience in Operation / RB Collections Process Good standard in written English Good communication and interpersonal skills
