职位要求：
- 了解叉车及相关配套产品的进出口申报流程
- 熟悉MS 软件与Windows 系统、SAP系统
- 熟悉保税仓库保管信息的基本操作与流程
- 掌握并及时传达海关最新政策
- 工作有主动性、独立性，良好上进的工作态度
- 必须具备团队合作精神
- 能主动承担责任并推动项目进程
- 有好的协调与逻辑分析能力

主要职责：
- 持该岗位的员工对永恒力叉车在中国业务所有与海关或商检有关问题的解决，包括进口与出口。
- 具体包括：进境、进口、转关、出口。海关系统的维护，海关单据的准备与存档。
- 此外，该岗位员工承担关务知识及相关操作流程培训
- 熟知永恒力叉车各报关环节所需时间、如车辆到港信息、提供给报关行进行换单报关、通知仓库运输时间等
- 申请关税和增值税的支付
- 与报关公司联系，确认跟踪每日报关业务的情况
- 对所有报关相关资料进行合理的整理归档
- 与永恒力区域销售行政与仓库专员密切合作，提供必要的关务方面的帮助
- 准确的使用和维护仓库信息数据和文件资料。检查并保证海关系统的正确性。
- 每月一次核销仓库海关数据、 月度汇报进口进境成本及关键指标
- 其他上级指派的相关任务
