Responsibility:
1) Research and Develop the Category with US Corporate office with the finalization of the program catalog as the end product.
2) Support and help to drive and expand the assigned category with on-going new items on offer.
3) Interact intelligently with the Product Design Team to produce on-going update of the renderings and new design.
4) Be the Product knowledge expert on the assigned category and provide ongoing knowledge transfer to the Merchant and QC Team.
5) Understand all the packaging and design characteristics and features for all the related licensed & corporate brands and can apply that accurately to the related category development and cross educate the related Merchant & QC on such requirements.
6) Develop approval samples and Product Specification and support the merchant team to obtain the Customer’s sign off and approval
7) Understand the BOM of the product and understand the cost of material and be able to set the best factory cost.
8) Educate the Factory to ensure they have the full and correct understanding of the design and product specification and can produce the pilot sample 100% meeting the spec requirement
9) Interact with testing team to ensure the product testing protocol are set up correctly and with the aim to pass the lab test in the first time.
10) Develop and merchandise the Show Room according to the latest trend and catalog
11) Familiarize Production Facilities in respective area and pro-actively raising alert
12) Complete Factory visit Report with meaning and concrete information for factory selection

Requirement:
Experience:
2+ years’ experience of above responsibilities.

Skills:
a. University degree or above .
b. English Level: CET 6 or above.
c. Experience in garden tools, hose and nozzle program preferred, or outdoor product.
d. Team work spirit.
e. Strong ability to withstand pressure.
f. Well communication skill.
