职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、协助硬件开发工程师参与硬件开发，保证产品质量以及测试工作的顺利执行；
Assist HW Engineer for the development to ensure developing quality as well as testing work;
2、参与产品硬件开发的检视和评审工作，负责测试仪器的维护和管理；
Conduct the HW development review as well as maintain testing equipment;
3、编写硬件测试方案，制定测试策略；负责整机和硬件的可靠性测试；
Figure out testing plan and schedule, responsible for the prototype and HW‘s reliability testing;
4、开发相关硬件测试工具，对现有硬件测试规范，流程，方法和技术进行改进；
Develop HW testing tools to improve testing regulations, procedures, methods and skills；
5、负责产品部件，模块和样机测试工作，确保产品硬件性能和参数测试合格合规，满足客户需求。
Responsible for product components, modules and prototype testing, ensure all the performance and parameter testing meet customer needs.
6. 上级临时交办的任务。
Other assignment from the Supervisor.

任职资格:
1、本科以上学历，电子相关专业，5年以上硬件测试或开发经验；
B. A. or above, electronics or related majors with 5+ years hardware testing or developing experience;
2、熟悉产品硬件研发测试流程，有无线产品研发、射频测试经验的优先；
Familiar with HW development and testing process, candidate with wireless testing, RF testing experience is preferred;
3、熟悉频谱仪，Wi-Fi分析仪，网络分析仪等测试仪器的使用方法和参数；
Knowledge of spectrum analyzer, Wi-Fi analyzer, network analyzer and other testing instruments and parameter;
4、良好的工作态度和优秀的分析问题能力；
Good working attitude with excellent analytical skills;
5、具备良好的英语能力，能读能写。
Good command of English, can read and write.
