Overall Responsibilities
? Work closely with the executive members to develop HR strategies and initiatives to support business plan. Understand the existing HR and people landscape, analyze gaps, develop and implement appropriate HR programs to bridge gaps.
? In-depth experience in formulate impactful HR initiatives and successfully implement that touches the entire employment life cycle in the organization – talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, organization development & design, career and succession planning as well as talent retention
? Advises the executives as a HR leader and a change agent to roll out organizational change programs. A season professional with solid Organization Development experience to help transform the organization to reach higher heights in terms of talent bench strengths and organization performance.
- Talent Management/People Development
? Review the current internal corporate structure and identify potential gap, make necessary recommendation to ensure operational efficiency in team structure
? Work with key stakeholders on headcount planning and forecasting aiming for the highest productivity and efficiency.
- Learning and Development
? Design, launch, monitor and act on talent development programs and processes to accelerate capability building and performance enhancement to support business growth
? Evaluate the effectiveness of training course content and delivery methods, as well as gather new policy, procedural, and technical updates and ensure the dissemination of these updates through training curriculum.
- Compensation and Benefits
? Develop and administer all our compensation programs including annual salary planning process, compensation plans, bonus plans and equity program
? Effectively partner with the stakeholders to manage, consult and resolve compensation issues through the use of creative and strategic guidance.
- Performance Management
? Facilitate application of corporate tools and processes on talent review, talent development and succession/improvement planning with people managers and within the HR community.
? Involve in the Performance Review exercise, identify potential competencies gaps and handle performance issues
- Employee Relations
? Conduct feedback sessions with operational staff to hear their voices and make necessary recommendations to Management
? Collaborate with key stakeholders, able to influence effectively and foster a positive culture
Qualifications
? Seasoned HR executive with a minimum of 15 years of HR management and HR development experience
? At least 8 years of management experience.
? Min. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. Master’s degree is highly desirable
? Prior experience in working for hi-tech industry.
? Proven track record in building organizational talent – attracting, developing and retaining talents.
? Excellent judgment and creative problem solver.
? A good balance of “strategic” and “hands-on” to deliver result as well as possess good business acumen.
? Strong communications and interpersonal skills. The candidate sought must be highly energetic, creative and flexible.
? Must possess skills in regards to facilitation, conflict management, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, training, problem solving
? Must possess excellent persuasion and leadership skills in order to gain consensus regarding organizational strategy and policy that will inevitably involve continuous change and improvement.
? Strong organizational, analytical and management skills. Possess strong project management skills.
? Able to act as an expert advisor on professional and technical HR issues with a strategic view.
