2018
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

The 2-year program is
specially designed for all 2018 overseas university graduates (Chinese Nationality).

Suitable candidates will be
offered a structured career development program covering:

CAREER
PROGRAM

3~6-month Retail Sales-Counter Base

This is to help you
understand the background of the Company and learn knowledge of retail
operation and sales skill.

2~3 Segment of Head Quarter Rotation

After 1st 3~6 month’s program,
you will experience 2~3 different roles in head quarter, cross function and
cross brand. This is to help you become familiar with different department
operations.

CUSTOMIZED
COACHING

One on One Mentor

At each job rotation, there
will be a designated leader to be your mentor, on-the-job coaching and
mentoring is to help you learn and grow.

Various Training Program:

This program provides you
systematic training courses, including classroom training, online training and
etc.

Challenging Projects

This is to provide you
opportunity to participate in critical projects in various functions. You will
work together with a project team

AFTER
COMPLETING THE PROGRAM

Depending
on individual performance, development opportunities and further advancement to
managerial positions will be available for trainees with outstanding
performances and capabilities to progress further along their career ladder.
