职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司财务、行政、人事的全盘管理工作；
2、负责编制会计报表; 审核各类原始凭证，制作记帐凭证，保证各类凭证真实性、合法性；
3、填制明细帐、总账；负责计算机的记帐、结帐和帐簿输出等管理工作以及独立报税；
4、带领人事助理做好公司人员的招聘管理工作，维护各招聘渠道，开拓优质招聘渠道，满足各部门用人需求；
5、协助上级建立健全公司招聘、培训、工资、福利、劳动纪律、规章制度、绩效考核等人力资源制度建设；
6、负责公司后系统，管理好公司后勤保障，为业务团队提供强大业务支撑。
7、推进公司企业文化及价值观建设等，带领行政负责各项活动（年会、员工活动等）及会议会务组织安排；
8、做好企业内部培训体系建设，协同开展新员工入职培训，业务培训；
9、领导交代的其他工作。

职位要求：
1、 从事财务及人事工作3年以上；
2、熟悉财税政策、银行结算业务和报税流程，熟练使用财务软件和word、Excel电脑操作；
3、具备良好的沟通、协调、协作能力；
4、工作长期稳定、有高度的责任感和敬业精神，有良好的统筹计划管理能力
5、兼有人事及行政管理工作经验优先。
