1、 负责公司品牌全电商渠道平台营运销售管理工作,对渠道平台的运营及销售目标负责;
Responsible for the company’s brand sales operation management and target achievement on all the E-commerce platform.
2,负责制订公司整体电商营销战略,制订营销策略与营销计划;
Responsible for formulating E-commerce’s sales and operation strategy and sales plan.
3. 依据营销计划,执行销售和市场推广方案,制定营销渠道发展策略和计划,负责渠道具体合作方式的建立工作,发展渠道合作伙伴;制定合作方案;
According to sales strategic plan, implement sales and marketing promotional plan. Formulate channel development strategy and plan, development channel partners and formulate the cooperation pan.
4. 制定电商渠道月、季、年度销售目标,根据目标提出针对性的销售策略,并落实执行;
Formulate monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets , according to the sales targets put forward effective sales strategy supported by excellence in execution
5. 根据业绩、市场反馈等对运营工作进行控制和绩效评估,及时调整营销策略,保证营销目标的持续超预期达成;
According to business results and marketing feedback, fine tune the sales and marketing strategy timely to ensure exceeding sales targets consistently.
6. 监督经销商的日常运作,确保所有的价格和贸易活动得到适当的执行
Monitor distributors’ daily operation to ensure the price and the trade activities are executed properly.
7. 建立和维护与经销商的良好关系;确保在O2O、B2B、B2C等销售领域中原国际产品良好的分销和销售表现;在主要客户管理和活动计划/执行方面建立经销商的能力;
Build and maintain good relationship with distributors to ensure TNC’s product distribution and good sales performance on O2O, B2B, B2C channel and strategic partners etc.
8. 保持和维护良好的线上平台、店铺的合作关系,就发生的问题即时予以跟进解决;
Keep and maintain good relationship with online platforms and stores, to solve any potential problems immediately.
9. 每天追踪线上平台、店铺价格追踪以及发布,就发现未能跟进建议价格执行的平台以及店铺即时予以跟进和纠正;
Tracking price at online platform and stores, release the report daily. The platform and stores that failure to follow our recommended price must be corrected immediately.
10. 负责协调沟通与各部门的工作,为各类需求做好完善优化协调工作;
Responsible for communication and coordination with all departments to support and meet various needs, optimize and coordinate jobs of different parties.
