职位描述：
Principal accountabilities主要工作职责
1. 负责订单跟进并录入系统；
2. 协助跟单主管处理日常进出口业务，完成采购订单制作，确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期；
3. 发展和维护采购部、客户服务部、物流以及其他组织的相关职能部门的内部沟通渠道；
4. 做货物发货相关文件，积极配合工厂保质保量及时完成采购货物的跟进及其出货；
5. 编制单项采购活动的分析总结报告；
6. 上级安排的与部门工作相关的其他事宜。

1. Responsible for following up orders till completed including entry order into system and generate purchasing order;
2. Assist Purchasing Supervisor in handling daily import/export business, prepare and confirm the purchase orders, arrange the shipment and keep track of the date of arrival;
3. Develop and maintain the internal communication with Procurement Department, Customer service Department, Logistics Department and relevant functional departments of other organizations;
4. Prepare relevant documents for shipment of goods and cooperate with the factory actively to ensure that the purchased goods be completed with the good quality and on time deliveries to customers.
5. Prepare the analysis and summary report for single-item purchasing activities;
6. Other tasks related with department job assigned by the superior.


Qualifications任职资格
1. 专科或以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语，市场营销等相关专业；
2. 3年以上外贸跟单经验，服装行业优先考虑；
3. 熟悉外贸流程及相关专业知识；
4. 英语水平良好，熟练操作计算机及办公软件；
5. 责任心强, 积极进取，良好的团队合作精神，能够独立完成工作和承担一定工作压力。

1. College degree or above, International trade, Business English, Marketing Management or related profession;
2. More than 3 years trade Co. work experience, garment industry is preferred;
3. Familiar with the process of foreign trade and professional knowledge ;
4. Be good at English, proficiency with computer operation and Office software as Excel/Word/PPT;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, positive, enterprising, good team work spirit, able to complete work independently and work under press.
