职位描述:
Conduct booth and sponsorship sales work for trade show (intermodal, logistics and e-commerce industry) ; not only limited to pre-show tracking, contract signing, payment collection, onsite and post show services
负责主办方展览会展位及赞助销售(跨境电商及物流运输行业),包括前期跟踪、签单、款项、现场参展及售后服务全流程销售‘
Implement sales work by telephone, email, exhibition onsite and other multiple ways; provide promotion, sales proposals independently or within team
通过电话、邮件、展会现场、面谈等方式开展销售,独立或配合实施本销售项目的宣传、促销、推广策划工作;
Develop and expand new sales channel, new accounts
积极建立及拓展销售渠道,有一定的客户开发能力;
Prepare sales strategy, achieve sales target and prepare sales reports to project manager
实施销售计划、完成分配的销售目标及销售任务;完成销售报表并及时上报
Build and maintain customer relationship, establish and improve client account in the CRM program timely
建立、维护客户关系,及时建立健全客户档案
Require to travel local and overseas for fair promotion exhibitor recruitment and business meetings
能够接受海内外出差,进行展会推广及商务洽谈

职位要求:
Working Experience: At least 1 year solid sales experiences in exhibition industry or related areas, working for logistics or e-commerce industry is preferred
Professional knowledge: knowledge of sales, marketing and advertising
Computer Skill: proficiency in MS Office, CRM or Salesforce
Skill and Competence: Strong presentation skill, good communication skills, work under pressure
Language proficiency: Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin
Personality: Open minded, well organized and good team player, willing to take responsibility and achieve targets.

大专学历以上,一年以上销售经验,有展会销售、或物流、跨境电商从业经验优先;
能熟练使用MS office word和excel办公,有使用CRM或salesforce管理客户的经验;
有较强的沟通能力和良好的语言表达能力,应变能力强,能够适应在压力下工作;
中英文书写及口语能力熟练;
具有团队合作精神,开放的思维,服从公司管理,有责任心并以结果为导向
