职位描述：
? Maintain Order delivery with warehouse or CM, and update schedule to Navision System.
? Manage warehouse storage, pick-and-pack, and other request based on product’s planning.
? Deal with forwarder for DDU/DDP shipments in price negotiation, shipment arrangement, and relation maintain.
? Check invoices from CM and update to HQ
? Check invoices from warehouse and forwarders and update to HQ
? Return Product process control
? New logistics project study and flow chart setting up, such as track-and-trace project, product re-pack, accessories purchase arrangement and so on. To assist the Purchase manager, Production Manager in the stock analysis and sales order placement.

Preferred:
? Above 3 years experience in forwarders
? Good communication skills in English and Chinese
? Experience in warehouse management, global distribution, and logistics

? Ability to work within and co-ordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
? Detail oriented in reviewing documentation.
? Ability to balance time constraints with attention to detail.

? 协调仓库以及工厂出货，相应更新交期。
? 管理仓库库存数据以及出货数据。
? DDU/DDP 出货时和货代确认价格，安排出货以及日常关系维护。
? 负责工厂采购订单对账。
? 负责仓库／货代对账。
? 处理退货。
? 独立处理新的物流要求和项目。比如客户特殊返工要求，根据采购需求进行库存分析和安排订单。


工作经验
? 3年以上货代工作经验或公司物流部门工作经验。
? 英文熟练。
? 熟悉和仓库，货代以及客户的沟通。

个人要求
? 主动学习。
? 能够和不同部门有效沟通。
? 注意细节，能熟练处理文件工作。
? 以结果为导向，有计划地安排工作。
? 有团队意识，主动维护项目。
