岗位要求：
信息技术相关专业本科及以上学历
微软认证解决方案专员（MCSA）或更高级别证书
思科认证网络工程师（CCNA）或更高级别证书
英语和普通话流利，会粤语者更佳
5年及以上系统工程师，网络工程师，服务器工程师，系统集成工程师或类似岗位经验

技能要求：
-熟练的跨多技术领域分析和排查故障能力
-扎实的Windows Server和Windows10操作系统知识
-具有Microsoft Hyper-V 及/或VMware虚拟化技术相关经验
-具有部署，支持，维护服务器硬件的相关经验，储存相关经验如DAS, NAS及 SAN等为加分项
-较强的LAN，WAN网络技术实操技能，包括路由、交换、防火墙、代理服务器和VPN技术等
-具有管理Active Directory domain技能和部署的实践
-具有部署和管理VoIP系统的经验
-具有事故管理（Incident Management）经验，员工及面向客户系统的运营支持经验
-具有运用台式机/服务器镜像技术部署新工作站和笔记本电脑的相关经验
-对信息安全有深入了解和***实践
-工作专业，积极，具有合作精神，能融入全球团队
-有良好的与全球团队沟通，合作完成运营及项目主导工作的经验

Senior Systems Engineer - China
Role basis: Full Time
Location: Shenzhen, however travel may be required on occasion to other offices inside China.


Role Description:
An exciting opportunity exists for a new Senior Systems Engineer to join our growing global technology team. As WiseTech continues to expand its business operations both in China and internationally, a new position has been created to boost our existing infrastructure and technology support capabilities. Successful candidates will be directly involved in all aspects of supporting our staff, customers and infrastructure across China on a day to day basis, and also have an opportunity to help shape our global technology strategy and work with other team members around the world.

The ideal candidate will have a breadth of experience across multiple technology domains. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you should be comfortable with providing desktop support, network support, server support and assisting on technology refresh and improvement projects. This role requires a well-rounded and self-sufficient candidate who is able to work with minimal supervision and thrives on solving complex technology problems.

Desired qualifications:
4+ Year IT Degree or equivalent
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or higher
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher
Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Cantonese is also highly regarded although not required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Server Engineering, Integration Engineering or similar role.

Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across multiple technology domains.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 10 Operating Systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualisation technology.
- Demonstrated experience with deploying, supporting and maintenance of server hardware. Storage skills with DAS, NAS and SAN will be highly regarded
- A strong practical understanding of LAN and WAN networking technologies including Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Proxies and VPNs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage Active Directory domains and implement best practices.
- Experience with deploying and managing Voice over IP (VoIP) systems.
- Experience with incident management and the operational support of staff and customer-facing systems.
- Experience deploying new workstations and laptops using desktop and server imaging technology.
- A strong understanding of IT Security and best practices.
- Ability to work professionally, positively and cooperatively as part of a global team.
- Proven track record working and communicating with global teams on operational and project focused work
