职位描述：
Qualification:
Bachelor degree of Engineering such as IE, Mechanical, Automation, Electronics, Etc.
Good team spirit, cooperative
Good working attitude, conscientious
Fluent English speaking, listening, and written
Rich experience of IE, Automation, Mechanical or QC
Have lead wire manufacturing experience
Product Development/improvement experience a plus
Medical manufacturing experience a plus
Knowledge of ISO requirements
Product Quality improvement experience
Good knowledge of Lean, JIT, 6S, 6δ
Knowledge of Solid works
Knowledge of Manufacturing Build of Materials and Time Studies for Routing
Experience with building Business Case Studies on new project proposals.
 
Responsibility:
Perform Production layout optimization, make value stream analysis
According to Lean, JIT principle, make improvement of production process
Daily equipment repair and maintenance. perform TPM in workshop, ensure all equipment and facility are in good condition
Departmental VIP's @ RLI and PM
Make automation design of some assembly process, improve production efficiency
Use IE knowledge, perform motion study, improve production efficiency
Improve product quality
Troubleshoot with team on new product and/or manufacturing development.
New manufacturing cells, equipment startups
