职位描述：
Responsibilities:
· Execute master data creation, changes, and deletions in a timely and accurate manner
· Maintain effective documentation and filing system for both electronic copies and hardcopies
· Participate in process improvements that have direct impact on effective entry and maintenance of master data
· Execute label development for international spirit products.
· Develop product Chinese label including internal approval, CIQ label registration, label production and rework at third party warehouse

Requirements:
· Degree holder in supply chain, import/export, or information systems, or any experience in these fields preferred
· Good process awareness and have a keen eye for detail
· Well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks independently
· Responsible and proactive attitude
· Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, being capable of developing sound working relationships.
· Good PC literacy with advanced MS Excel knowledge and skills

岗位职责:
· 负责进口产品SAP/PLM系统数据创建，修改，删除等数据维护工作
· 维护产品相关系统数据电子及纸质文档
· 参与系统升级及流程优化
· 进口产品中文背标制作,包含文件制作，内部审批，CIQ标签备案， 标签生产以及在第三方仓库进行加工

任职资格:
· 物流，进出口或信息管理相关专业者优先；
· 工作严谨、注重细节，有目标、有计划的跟进、完成各项工作；
· 做事有条理，有能力独立判断工作优先级别；
· 有较强的工作责任感，工作态度积极，执行力强；
· 良好的综合协调能力和沟通能力；
· 办公自动化软件操作熟练。
