主要职责:
1 KAM has ownership of his KA list, and shows responsibilities for these KAs, that means looking after both positive and negative things;
2 Visiting KA customers on the list regularly, build up and maintain good relationship between JH and KA headquarter;
3 Getting KA background information about Organization, Locations, purchasing process, Decision maker, Development strategy and Potential, make customer strategy with short/medium/long term view, carry on strategic selling and negotiation of Frame Agreement;
4 Base upon specific KA background information, organize “JH selling team” internally, make and get approval of price condition with all relative business units from KA department manager;
5 Presenting specific KA strategy and yearly target to “JH selling team” members to get understanding and same view to work together;
6 Regular review specific KA result with team members, control price condition, share information and enjoy cooperation (quarterly or semiyearly);
7 Coordinating and supporting “JH selling team” members in contract negotiations, realization of max. potential with all JH business units and maintaining expect profit by customized solutions;
8 Treating KA as partner, always thinking about Win-win solution regularly review result of cooperation from all JH business units to get max. KA satisfaction (quarterly or semiyearly);
9 Communicate and coordinate with Sales manager, AF-S service manager and logistics manager, Rental specialist and other positions in Region to offer the best service to KA locations, and get max. location satisfaction, consolidation the KA relationship;
10 Share about relative KAs situation and activities in region, escalate and ask resource to secure contract rate and satisfaction, and keep max. JH truck fleet in Region;
11 Report to KA department director about KAs situation and activities in whole country, and the result of implement of KA strategy, escalate and ask resource to coordinate and cooperate with functions and regions, secure the Frame agreement rate and location coverage rate;
12 Feedback to KA director about KA relative industry development figures and competitors’ activities, etc.
13 Following basic company policy and regulation in Sales, AF-S service, Rental/Used, Marketing, Financial and IT systems, ect.
14 Offering supports and promotes new product launches;
15 Other relative issues;
