职位描述：
Shoe Developer

EDUCATION / TRAINING
Degree: Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Training: 5+ years’ experience in shoe industry.

Qualifications:
？ Self-driven and self-discipline;
？ Independent problem-solving capability with ‘deal with reality’ attitude and sense of urgency;
？ Fluency in English and Mandarin required. Effective verbal and written communication skills -able to interact competently with internal/external contacts
？ Basic understanding of quality system and quality tools;
？ Attitude that fosters continuous improvement.
？ Competent with time management, deadlines, multiple projects and the ability to handle frequent interruptions.
Passion on cycling will be prioritized

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Utilize a basic understanding of the following:
? Pattern engineering
? Costing and negotiation
? Establishment of quality standards
? Model making
? Part drawing
? Drafting
? 2D documentation
? Mold making
? Material development
? Basic manufacturing process to ensure products meet assigned goals and follow product brief parameters
2. Review of Tech packages provided by US development staff for accuracy
3. Manages day to day communication with assembly factory and sub suppliers regarding:
? Development Timeline
? Samples- Development, Salesman, Athlete and VIP customers
4. Evaluates 1st sample accuracy prior to US staff review
5. Supports QC activities for 1st Production
6. Provides communication back to US office on all development topics
7. Researches Supply Chain options for future development- Assembly and Materials
Provide tech support to other departments such as Quality, Supply Chain, Warranty, Legal, Marketing, etc
