职位描述：
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Ensure network infrastructure running smoothly including windows server and internet etc.; efficient helpdesk support, ERP system support including vendor user; Provide technical assistance to end user. Answer questions or resolve IT related problems for clients in person, via telephone or remote session. Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Ensure maximum issue resolutions in minimum time. Maintain existing or new hardware and software. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Job Responsibilities:
? Resolve users' inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operate.
? Diagnose IT related hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.
? Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine the need of repairing or replacement.
? Confer with end customers and management to evaluate and establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
? Evaluate changes to improve systems and network performance, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
? Assist Claris helpdesk team.
? Assists all users worldwide via open tickets.
? Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases.
? Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct.
? Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
? Inspect equipment and read/prepare order sheets to prepare for delivery to users.
? Maintain an inventory of spare parts for emergency repairs.
? Maintain an inventory of consumable supplies.
? Evaluates hardware and software purchases for China office
? Maintain and evaluate China office network infrastructure /helpdesk support/telephone sys/company security sys.
? Contact window and support CM for RSC related hardware and software system
? Maintain and evaluate TE machine shop’s network infrastructure /helpdesk support /telephone sys /company security sys.
? Other duties as assigned by manager.

Specifications:
? BS degree in Computer Science or relevant. 2 to 3 years related experience.
? CET 4 or above. Strong in Written English, good in oral English.
? Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
? Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
? Strong communication and listening skills.
? Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.
? Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures.
? Knowledge of the operational and procedural aspects of computer systems, hardware, software and peripheral equipment.
? Ability to analyze complex problems, interprets operational needs, and develops integrated, creative solutions.
? Ability to prepare and write technical procedures and manuals.
? Ability to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications.
? Ability to perform acceptance testing on computer systems, applications, and hardware.

Relationships:
? Reports directly to IT Operations Manager
? Assists all users worldwide via open tickets
? Member of the RSC Information Technology department
